So cute! They're going to take over soon, ya know.

I had a check printed on recycled paper crash a register at the Safeway on big shopping holiday. The line got longer and longer as we stood around waiting for the damn thing to reboot. I have no returned to that store and have no plans on going back.

I love your bear family!! :D Do you have enough porridge? They'll eat you if you run out ya know. o.0

You and your questions. *L*

Scene: Young Teeny Otter, First Period, sent to store with oldest brother to buy "products" by lazy mother who did not explain what was happening AT ALL, neither brother nor Otter had a clue what the product to purchase was, brother thought "kotex" was a cold medicine, grabbed first thing that looked right, checkout boy was brothers friend, whom Otter had a crush on, death would have been kinder

The kicker was I got some stupid things that required a belt attachment. Still not sure what that was about. At least my lazy ass mother returned it to get the correct stuff. *dies*

Do I win a prize? *L*

My husband was at the grocery store with my oldest daughter (who was around 8 yrs old). They were coming around a corner and my daughter knocked against a display of ketchup that had been stacked wrong. Like in slow motion my hubby saw this huge display come crashing down around my daughter. Broken glass bottles eveywhere. What a mess. Child had a couple minor cuts but everyone survived.

The following week I was at the same store with all 4 of the kids. We were checking out when the head cashier came rushing over and asked my daughter how she was. "I was worried because I wasn't sure if it was blood or ketchup all over your hands."

My poor kid just wanted to die of embarassment.

Hmm. I was once shopping for zucchinis, needing one large one for a loaf of bread. Pondering to myself, I blurted out to some 30-something next to me, "do you think this is big enough?", while holding a rather large one in my hands. She giggled a bit and replied, "It depends. How bad is he in bed?" I just looked at her, bewildered, wondering what my then fiance's performance had to do with my bread. I got it a few short seconds after she walked away, too late to chase her down and explain. I sure felt like running after her screaming, "It's for bread! FOR BREAD!!" It still makes me chuckle.

Ann's house turned Teddy Bear Factory? :-D

My niece ended up being embarressed but my sister and I did it to her...my sister on accident and me on purpose. My sister has a nervous system condition that cause her to have convulsions sometimes ...she had one at a checkout counter when she was reaching out to give the cashier change...and the lady backed away like she was going to cash something so I got angry and started convulsing too..as I was reaching out to get change from the cashier....my sister and started laughing hysterically and my niece about had a fit and turned red because a boy from her school was standing in the line behind me...

Loving the bears.

I once worked at a place that wasn't very reliable about putting our pay in on the due date... I went the the grocery store filled the trolley, had it all rung up and then when I tried to use my card was told there was insufficient funds. Had to put 90% of the groceries back. I never went back there.
